A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Mr. Vernest C. Moore, a Freelance Fashion Designer for
over the past 25 years, and CEO of the Vissions Consultants Group, has honed his craft leaving
no stone un-turned, when it relates to Haute’ Couture Designs, as well as specialty events.
Moore the visionary force behind the well thought out events for Odyssey International works
closely with C.F.O. Persia Oliver, to assist with the creation of special events.
Working throughout the New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Washington, DC area, Moore
has taken event planning to a level not to be mistaken by prospective consumers, creating
memorable moments.
Odyssey is proud to have Moore’s design concepts for its events, allowing him to create with
sophistication and splendor.
