Stephanie was born In Norfolk, Virginia and raised in New Jersey. She moved to Newark, NJ at the tender age of 3 years old. Stephanie always says she’s a Jersey Girl! She attended Irvington High School. Stephanie has a BA Degree in Political Science from Seton Hall University.

She is a Team Leader in People Operations at Discover Financial Services. Stephanie is on the Power for Women ERG (Employee Resource Group) at Discover. She is a Discover Influencer within the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Human Resources. Stephanie attends conferences to obtain talent throughout the country for Inclusion at Discover. She volunteers with Discover for various organizations.

Stephanie has been a resident in Delaware for the past 26 years. She is a Voter Registrar for the State of Delaware. Stephanie organizes Voter Registration Drives. She is passionate about educating everyone about registering to vote and voting!

Stephanie serves on the Advisory Board for Odyssey IP. She enjoys helping everyone and giving back to the community.
