M. Persia Oliver is an entrepreneur with over two
decades of experience in starting, managing and growing businesses. Currently CFO
of Odyssey IP, a non-profit community outreach organization. Ms. Oliver is also
a community leader and philanthropist..
As CFO of Odyssey IP, Ms. Oliver organizes several
community outreach events throughout the year to empower the community.
In 2016, Ms. Oliver was presented with the Shirley
Chisholm Award for Public Affairs, by the Honorable Sheila Y. Oliver, Speaker
Emeritus NJ General Assembly. In 2014, she received recognition as one of the
Top 25 Women in Power Impacting Diversity from Diversity Plus Magazine and
appeared in the May/June 2014 edition of the magazine. In 2013, she was named
one of the top 25 Leading Woman Entrepreneurs of New Jersey, by the Leading
Women Entrepreneurs & Business Owners and appeared in the October 2013
& February 2014 edition of New Jersey Monthly Magazine, for her advocacy
efforts. In 2011, the City of Newark issued Ms. Oliver a Resolution for her
unwavering commitment toward improving the quality of life of the residents of NJ and beyond.
